Twins Secret (Tiffany)

Chapter 31

Chapter 31 Leon Deliberately Made Things Difficult for Tiffany
"Tiffany!" Leon called out her name slowly, his teeth practically grinding to dust.
Tiffany felt a wave of anxiety wash over her. 'Crap, how did this jerk hear that? With his petty nature, who knows what he'll do to
get back at me.'
The other colleagues didn't dare to say a word. Seeing that Leon wasn't targeting them, they all quickly made themselves
scarce.
Tiffany reluctantly turned around, forcing a smile as she greeted Leon. "Oh, it's you... Never expected to run into you here."
Before she could finish, Leon stepped forward, cornering her. "A volatile person?" His eyes were dark, practically blazing with
anger.
"I wasn't wrong, you were being moody," Tiffany said, pushing him away and glancing around to make sure no one was
watching. "Mr. Cooper, don't forget, we're still at work. Do you want people to see you getting all tangled up with your ex-wife?"
Leon suppressed his anger. No one knew about their past, but if they were seen acting like this, it would definitely raise some
eyebrows.
"Get to work," he said coldly, turning and heading towards the elevator.
Tiffany followed him, and they went to the office together.
Leon was all business when it came to work. He had already prepared the blueprints Tiffany needed and didn't bother her,
focusing on his own tasks at his computer.
The office was filled with the sounds of typing and pencil sketching. Two hours later, Tiffany finished the design draft according to
Leon's requirements. Seeing no issues, she handed it to him.
Leon was impressed at first glance, not expecting Tiffany to have real skills. But remembering what she said earlier, he put down
the design draft with a blank expression.
"Redo it," he said coldly.
Tiffany frowned, picking up the draft and looking it over. She didn't see any problems.

"Mr. Cooper, I need a reason. Why redo it? This is exactly what you asked for."
"I don't like the lace design. Redo it. Is there a problem?" Leon looked up at her, his tone slightly impatient.
Tiffany realized he was just being difficult. The design requirements clearly included the lace!
"But I didn't make a mistake." She put down the draft and turned to leave.
"Tiffany, I pay you, so you have to complete my design draft. The contract clearly states it needs to satisfy me to be considered
complete. If the design is unsatisfactory, I have the right to reclaim all payments," Leon said calmly, raising an eyebrow and
staring at her.
Tiffany took a deep breath, trying to stay calm and not let the money slip away. She was so angry she could barely breathe.
'Leon! Jerk!' she cursed silently in her heart.
"Tiffany, are you cursing me in your head?" Leon frowned slightly, his tone displeased.
Tiffany was shocked, thinking, 'Does this jerk have mind-reading abilities? How did he know?'
"Mr. Cooper, you're overthinking. I'll continue drawing." She picked up the pencil again, forcing a smile.
But every new design draft she gave to Leon was returned with various minor issues. Tiffany clenched her fists, wanting to punch
him. She kept trying to calm down, imagining Leon as ten million dollars.
'That's ten million dollars. I can't hit,' she thought.
Tiffany redrew the design, staring intently at Leon. She slapped the draft on the desk, speaking through gritted teeth, "Mr.
Cooper, still not satisfied?"
Leon looked it over seriously. "It's fine."
Before Tiffany could be happy, Leon's next words were like a bucket of cold water. "Let's use the first version."
Good news: the draft was finalized.
Bad news: it was the initial version.
"Your first drawing was more satisfying," Leon said casually.

With just that short sentence, Tiffany couldn't hold back her anger.
"Leon, are you out of your mind?" she snapped, her face flushed with rage.
Leon's eyes darkened, his expression icy. "What did you just say?"
"I said you're out of your mind, deliberately making things hard for me! How did I not see before that you're so petty?" Tiffany was
sure he was getting back at her for what she said in the break room. She only blamed herself for being blind back then, falling for
such a man.
"Say what you want." Leon, seeing he was exposed, didn't bother to explain and stayed silent.
Just then, Hugo knocked and entered, informing Leon of a client meeting.
"Have Miss Grey complete and deliver the rest of the design drafts within three days," Leon instructed, grabbing his suit jacket
and giving Tiffany a lingering glance before leaving with Hugo.
As the door closed, Tiffany almost flipped his desk. She cursed him silently, calling him a brazen jerk.
Tiffany was exhausted from Leon's torment. As soon as she got back to her hotel room, she collapsed on the couch, feeling her
finger joints aching, her back sore, and her legs cramping.
Barry and Flora knew Tiffany was working with Leon. They exchanged a happy glance and, seeing Tiffany so tired, came over to
massage her back.
Tiffany watched her kids, smiling contentedly. Thankfully, she had them with her. The gloom from dealing with Leon instantly
vanished.
At that moment, Tiffany couldn't help but think of her lost child. If he were here, it would be perfect.
She had been searching for him since returning to the country, but there had been no information.
'Is he still in Harmony City?' Tiffany wondered, taking out her phone to contact anyone who might have information about her lost
child.

But as soon as she opened it, she saw a trending video. She clicked on it unintentionally, and after watching it, her eyes widened
in shock.
Barry and Flora, who were massaging her back, paused, looking at Tiffany in confusion.
In the video, a child surrounded by dancing people caught her attention. It wasn't the dancing that mattered-it was his face! That
face looked so much like Sam's. Could he be her lost child? How else could someone look so similar?
Tiffany stared at the boy in front of her, then looked at the video on her phone again. They were identical. It couldn't be wrong!
The boy in the video was her lost second child!
"Mommy, what's wrong?" Flora leaned closer to Tiffany, glancing at the video and exclaiming, "Wow! Mommy, is that Sam? When
did Sam go there to dance?"
Flora's excitement and gestures caught Barry's attention. Barry never danced. And Sam had been with their father these days,
so it was impossible. Why did Flora say it was Sam dancing?
Barry was puzzled, and Tiffany hugged Flora, smiling as she explained, "This is my lost child, your second brother, Flora."
All these years, she never gave up searching for her lost child. When she got the news that he was likely in Harmony City, she
rushed back immediately.
No wonder she couldn't find any trace of him these days. Turned out he was in the neighboring city.
Barry was confused. The "lost child" Tiffany mentioned, wasn't that him?
Barry tilted his head. But he was right here, so why did Tiffany say she found him?
"Mommy, can I see it?" Barry asked obediently.
Seeing "Sam" reach out, Tiffany silently handed him the phone.
Barry stared at the child in the video. He indeed looked a lot like himself and Sam. But
Barry knew this child wasn't Tiffany's son.
"Mommy, maybe this person isn't my younger brother?" Barry cautiously asked, returning the phone.

"Sam, this is the first time in so many years that Mommy has had news of your brother. No matter what, I have to go and see! If
it's really him, I have to bring him back!"
